Romania has scored 9 goals and given up 3 in WCQ play. The Czech Republic has only one game in WCQ play, a 2-0 loss against the Netherlands. Even though the Czechs are at home, Romania has been playing too well to not keep this match close and may even bounce the Czechs by winning.

Finland -1.5 and -2 -112 over Armenia
Armenia has yet to score in WCQ play. The Finns won 2-0 over Armenia (in Armenia) last month and Armenia got beat 3-0 by Macedonia. This match will not have as close a finnish as Finland plays at home.

Slovakia -0.5 -128 over Latvia
Slovakia/Latvia over 2 and 2.5 -110
Slovakia has scored 11 goals in 3 games. Granted, 2 of the teams were Luxembourg and Lichtenstein. But even a match with Russia ended up with 2 goals being scored (1-1). Latvia beat Luxembourg 4-3 and lost to Portugal 2-0. Slovakia at home pulls out the win here.
